Welcome to Butterfly Tai Chi, this is a gentle form of Tai Chi, which is accessible to most people. Held on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month, starting at 11.30am, in St. James Church Hall, Wollaston. Our first meeting will be on the 14th of October.
