Canals Group

Status:Active, open to new members
Contact:
When: On Thursday mornings
3rd Thursday of the month
Venue: Stourbridge Spiritualist Church

We are interested in all aspects of the Canals, their history, and the wildlife corridors they provide in busy cities. Also going on boat trips and museums.

All are welcome just send me a message for an invitation. Send a message via the Contact link on this page.

The Canal Group generally meets on the 3rd Thursday usually 10-12. However, because a lot of canal-based events take place on summer weekends, we occasionally attend one of these events in lieu of the meeting.

The current Group leader is Brenda Stevenson and she is the person to contact if you have any questions or suggestions about the programme. Please use the Contact link on this page.

Our group has helped The Canal and River Trust by doing litter picks to help reduce the plastic and waste going into the inland waterways.
