The group meets on the 4th Wednesday of each month between 2.00 and 4.00 pm, at Gigmill Methodist Church, Glebe Lane. The organiser is Eric Hickman. There are currently a few vacancies.

Group members undertake research in local history, and information collected is collated. We also visit local History sites of interest.
